After a diligent inspection, we realised that any further repairs and patch work will only ever be a short-term fix. A complete re-roofing including new flashings was the best long-term solution, minimising future expenses.
We removed the existing roof slates to update the roof covering with 0.47mm Springlok 700 AZ150 Colorbond sheets. The project was concluded with Envirotuff 202 ECO sisolation vapour barrier and waterproofing sealant to further extend the life of the new roof sheets.
