The Metro Roof team completed a full Roof Replacement on a residential property in Oranjezicht, Cape Town. The roof replacement installation involved the removal of their old concrete roof tiles. These tiles were then replaced with new Coverland Renown Roof Tiles. Re-roof from a Clay Tiled Roof to a Cement Tile Roof Metro Roof removed and discarded an existing clay tiled roof and timber battens from an residential property looking to upgrade. The Metro Roof team then supplied and installed Radianshield vapor barrier above the existing rafters, with new 38x38mm timber battens and Renown cement roof tiles. This installation included new ridge and hip tapered tiles. Material supplied by Monier Coverland.
