Our team did an excellent job of replacing the roof and timber structure for a modern residential property in Noordhoek!
The Metro Roof team built the new timber structure into the existing walls. We supplied and installed the timber rafters between the structure walls and secured new purlins to the rafters with purlins screws.
We installed 0.47mm .700 Springlok AZ200 Colorbond sheets in full lengths and Envirotuff 202 ECO isolation vapour barrier above the new purlins. The project was finished off with new Aluminium gutters and downpipes.
