The Metro Roof team expertly completed a re-roof and insulation installation in Welgemoed.
After inspection, we realised that there was an excess of moisture due to an unbreathable membrane and old insulation materials. We immediately got to work and removed the existing roof tiles and underlay materials, to begin with the re-roofing.
We installed new purlins, vapour barrier and Colorbond AZ200 700 Springlok roof sheeting for a roof that can withstand the ups and downs of Cape Town weather.
