Metro Roof installed a new exposed, SA Pine Timber Roof Structure on a residential property in Hout Bay, Cape Town.

The timber trusses were 240 x 240 SA Pine beams. They were approximately 2100mm apart from each other.

The T&G ceiling was 25 x 228 SA Pine.
The structure was designed and manufactured by Rooftek. 

After the timber roof structure and ceiling was built, the Metro Roof team completed the roof with a new Metal Sheet Covering.

The new Springlok 700 roof sheet from Youngman Roofing was installed in the .48 Colorbond AZ200 material.
