Metro Roof replaced a 5500m2 apartment block roof in Wynberg, Cape Town.
The old asbestos roof slate tiles got replaced with the new .53 Colorbond AZ150 IBR material in the Cape White color.
The Apartment Block Roof Replacement in Wynberg lasted a duration was 9 months. Metro Roof worked directly under the client project management company IPMT to successfully complete this project on time.
In total there were 6 different blocks and on completion each block got inspected and signed of by the material manufacturer: Bluescope Steel.
