We took on this re-roofing project in Glencairn as any further repairs or patchwork could only temporarily solve the rusting and leaking.
The Metro Roof team removed and discarded the existing roof covering, to install 0.53mm Diamondek AZ-200 Colorbond sheets in full lengths. The thickness and superior corrosion resistance make this an excellent choice for the longevity of the newly installed roof.
We then installed Envirotuff 202 ECO isolation vapour barrier above purlins to the roof area. The team also removed all PVC gutters and downpipes. These were replaced with 125×85 OGEE Aluminium Seamless gutters.
We are extremely pleased with the sleek lines and smooth finish of the completed project.
