Our team did an excellent job of supplying and fitting a new roof for House Dennis in Constantia Heights.
They set up exposed trusses with single top cords, double bottom cords, and one king post, before installing a sheet metal roof. Exposed rafters were built over the patio, with steel fixing brackets attached to the wall.
The end-sprockets were cut to the overhang length, and 40mm ISOpine was beautifully crafted over the exposed trusses and counter purlins to create a stunning finish, with a vapor barrier built in above the purlins.
Corrugated profile sheets were fixed to the roof in full lengths from the roof apex, to the gutter in the pitched roofs, and Diamondek profile sheets were fixed onto the flat roofs. The pan was turned up at the apex and down at the gutter line, making a drip edge, to prevent wind-driven rain from entering the ceiling area and eaves respectively.
Flashings were also installed, with ridge capping on the roof apex, and barge capping to the end of the gables.
Roof material: 0.53 Colorbond AZ150
Roof sheet profile: Corrugated and Springlok 700
