Upon inspection, the team discovered metal sheets as the existing roof covering. Historical leaks were mended with waterproofing, but a full replacement was recommended as the best long-term solution.

We removed and discarded the existing roof covering, keeping the pool solar intact for future use. We installed the 0.53mm Colorplus AZ-200 Diamondek-407 concealed fix sheeting and Environtuff 202 ECO vapour barrier on top of the existing purlins.
The specialised coating of Zinc Aluminium AZ-200 is designed to offer a longer lifespan for roofs closer to a salt marine environment.
This roof is ready to withstand the whims and weather of The Cape’s coastline.
