Asbestos Removal – replaced with Roof Sheeting

- The roof was then replaced with .53 Colorbond AZ200 Ultra Diamondek Roof Sheeting.
- Material supplied by Youngman Roofing
The roofing material must be AZ200 Ultra if the property is within 5km from the ocean. This ensures no corrosion or rust to the roofing materials in years to come.
St James
Another project of Asbestos Removal in Southern Peninsula includes a St James located removal and replacement job. Here the hazardous roof was replaced with new Roof Sheeting.
- Metro Roof established a full roof report and then removed the existing Asbestos Roof.
- New Colorbond Ultra Diamondek roof profile sheeting was installed, together with flashings and waterproofing.
Metro Roof also completed a large scale Asbestos Removal project in early 2018 for a commercial property in Wellington.
