Re-roofing project | Fresnaye | Metal Roof Covering

We recently completed a 270 sqm re-roof in Fresnaye!

The Metro Roof team removed and discarded the existing nutec roof slates and supplied and installed Envirotuff 202 ECO isolation vapor barrier and 50 X 76 purlins to the roof area.

We also supplied and installed the highest corrosion resistant material, namely 0.53mm Springlok 700 Colourbond/Colourplus AZ200 sheets to the roof.

Head and sidewall flashing, decktite sealer and waterproofing sealant were also added to successfully complete the project for long-term endurance and quality.
