We were called in to repair a roof in Wynberg, and on close inspection we found multiple areas of rust. 

Although some patch work had been done, an entire re-roofing was definitely in order. This meant removing and replacing the sheeting, including new flashings and roof screws. We would also need to re-do the waterproofing on the up-stand walls. 

We removed all the existing metal sheeting and flashings on the head, sidewalls, and ridges. The the team installed 0.53mm Corrugated Az150 Zincalume sheets in full lengths, as well as an Envirotuff 202 ECO sisolation vapour barrier. 

We are very pleased with the sleek look of the finished roof.
