The client reported numerous issues that included rusting and leaking. Upon inspection, we released that any repair work will only be a short-term mend and our team recommended a complete re-roofing as the best long-term solution.

After removing and discarding the existing metal sheeting and flashings, we installed ISOTHERM insulation, 0.53mm IBR AZ150 Colorbond sheets and Envirotuff 202 ECO sisalation vapour barrier.
To ensure a smooth and secure finish, we also installed head and sidewall flashings under the existing aluminium flashings. We removed the flashings around the skylight to install new flashings and 100mm UNIflash waterproofing.
We are very pleased with the completed look and quality of this re-roofing project.
