New Slate Patio Roof in Constantia

Metro Roof installed a new Patio roof in Constantia. A new exposed timber structure consisting of SA Pine timber trusses and T & G ceiling was installed.

A natural Elephant Black slate of 280 x 255 was installed to match the existing roof covering. A new ABE Slatex 2000 malthoid was installed underneath the new tiles to act as a waterproofing membrane.

New Balau Timber Patio in Bishopscourt

The second of our recent Southern Suburbs Patio Installations occurred in Bishopscourt. Metro Roof installed a new Balau timber patio roof structure. The exposed timber beams and rafters in the Balau material matched the existing entrance door to create a nice hardwood natural look to this residential home.

The exposed structure was covered with a new ,47 Colorbond Az150 Armour Grey Diamondek 407 roof covering. A concealed gutter is installed in the inside of the structure.
