Conversion from a Pitched Tiled Roof to a Less Pitched Metal Roof in St James, Southern Peninsula Region.

The Metro team converted a 30 degree pitched tiled roof to an 8 degree pitched metal roof with the below Sheet Metal Roofing in St James. All work was completed with a strict A19 design with the existing roof being left in place while the new roof structure was constructed below.

Once the new structure was built, the existing roof was removed and the new roof covering installed.

Roofing material included .53mm Colorbond AZ200. Material supplied by Youngman Roofing
